Can we edit the process diagram through Prolaborate & how?

Diagram editing is a function of EA Application, however to make it easy for process modellers to edit diagram from Proalborate we have introduced the edit using EA SaaS feature, please refer to the Video

I would like to know if it's possible to have a guest user/common user login, in the model which is getting discussed. And if YES, how does multiple login gets handled? How about the session cookie or is the data for the guest/common user detained or lost when one user logs out?!

Prolaborate allows anonymous access to model information (read-only, community edition), but in this the user won't login, rather just view a diagram or an element shared by link (similar to share as a public link)

Is it possible to get the link to the image without Prolaborate, but with WebEA and ProCloud?

you can get an link to the image using webea too, but there is more to it than just sharing as an image, for example if you intend to let the users interact with the image and look at the details that you've modelled (such as notes, attributes, tagged values, connectors, etc) you need the simplification and curation that Prolaborate offers.

I have come to consider Prolaborate as the place where work gets put out for discussion and reviewed, iterated towards a release, then the work would "dissappear" from Prolaborate ... I don't see it as a place to leave all frozen assets for general reference. Maybe there's an argument for both, but if so the separation should be clear. But to my point - if content is transient in Prolaborate then won't publishing by reference lead to dead links? I'm sure you have thought of this: what am I missing?

At the moment the reviews and discussions are persistent in Prolaborate, and any review that is complete will be Archived (not deleted) , this is important as many organizations use Prolaborate review feedback as an evidence for changes in projects or models.

If you have only EA, and not Prolaborate or PCS, is it still possible to integrate with external systems (like ServiceNow or Jira)?

EA allows COM APIs and PCS offers the RESTAPI, if you can develop an integration using COM APIs you can use just EA.

Jira functionality looks good. Is there something similar for TFS yet? or planned?

Is any plugin required to make the Aggregate and Sync functionality work for TFS?

Yes, Pro Cloud Server lets you integrate EA with TFS or Azure DevOps

Aggretage and Synch: Is also Jama supported?

Jama is not supported out of the box right now. But, there are some external plugins that lets you integrate EA models with Jama

I need to create a set of linked items in Jira from the existing EA elements including the current relations between them.The example: I have a diagram with elements organized as a structure: Feature -> Use Cases -> Requirements. I want to create relevant items in Jira from these elements and to have the target Jira items automatically connected as parents and children according to their original relations in EA (it�s a crucial need). The expected structure in Jira is: Epic -> Story -> Task. How can I perform the transmitting of elements relations to Jira within the �Create a Linked Item� functionality?

It is not possible to create connected items in Jira from EA out of the box. But, as we said critical requirements can be implemented with the help of our teams. You can either connect with your local Sparx Services team or drop an email.
